The core of Rebecca’s work is data analysis. By identifying trends in client demographics and other key indicators, Rebecca’s analyses are used to define the qualitative and quantitative impact of Estrella del Paso. This information influences data tracking, reporting, fundraising, promotional efforts, grant reporting and development. In addition, Rebecca creates the Estrella del Paso guidelines for case management, data tracking and the usage of cloud-based immigration case management software. Prior to joining Estrella del Paso, Rebecca worked with nonprofits around the globe, serving refugees in Thailand, Nepal, the Netherlands, Ghana, Jordan, Austria and Switzerland.
